These terms govern your use of SEOdune, an unofficial mobile client for Google Search Console built by Kyte. By using the app, you agree to them.
The service
SEOdune reads and, where you explicitly request it, writes data to your Google Search Console properties via Google's official API. SEOdune is an independent, unofficial product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC.
Your Google account
SEOdune requires you to sign in with a Google account that has access to the Search Console properties you want to view. You're responsible for the security of that account and for any actions taken through SEOdune while signed in, including sitemap submissions and deletions.
Acceptable use
Use SEOdune only for its intended purpose — viewing and managing your own (or properties you're authorized to manage) Search Console data. Don't attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or the underlying Google APIs it relies on.
Free and paid features
SEOdune's core features are free, supported by banner ads. Additional paid features, if and when introduced, will be clearly marked, optional, and billed through the App Store, Google Play, or a third-party payment processor under their own terms.
No warranty
SEOdune is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Search Console data is provided by Google and subject to Google's own accuracy, availability, and reporting-lag characteristics, which are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kyte is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of SEOdune, including from actions taken on your Search Console properties (such as sitemap changes) initiated through the app.
Termination
You may stop using SEOdune at any time by signing out and/or revoking its access from your Google account. We may suspend or discontinue the app or specific features at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the app changes. Meaningful changes will be reflected here with an updated date above.
